Hybrid Participation

ICETCIS 2027 will run in hybrid mode, with parallel online access for authors and delegates unable to travel to Gandhinagar. Online session links and platform details will be shared with registered delegates ahead of the conference dates.

Phase 2, Multi-location Sessions: Final venue allocation across multiple session locations, along with track-wise timing and room assignment for individual papers, will be confirmed and published closer to the conference dates once the technical programme is finalised.

Gandhinagar is served by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport, Ahmedabad (~25-30 km from the RRU campus), and is well connected by rail and road to major Indian cities.
