Registration & Fee Structure

Registration opens after paper acceptance. Authors of accepted papers will register through our conference registration desk starting October 2027 alongside acceptance decisions. Registration fees are tiered to offer discounted rates for IEEE Members and IEEE Student Members. Each accepted paper requires at least one full author registration for inclusion in the proceedings.

Domestic Author Registration (India)

All amounts in Indian Rupees (INR). GST applicable extra at the prevailing government rate. Each accepted paper requires at least one paid registration for inclusion in the proceedings.

International Author Registration

For authors registering from outside India. Fees are payable in US Dollars (USD). Bank and transaction charges, if any, to be borne by the remitter.

Registration Policy & Terms:

One registration covers one paper only. Every accepted paper requires at least one registered author to be included in the proceedings for submission to IEEE Xplore.
IEEE Member Discount: A valid IEEE / IEEE Student Membership number must be provided during registration to claim the discounted member rate.
Additional Paper Discount: If the same corresponding author has more than one accepted paper, the additional paper is registered at the discounted fee of ₹7,200 (INR) / USD 150.
Student Category: Valid student identity card or institutional bonafide certificate from the university/institute must be uploaded during registration.
Presentation Requirement: In accordance with IEEE policy, papers accepted but not presented in person or online during the conference will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

What the fee covers: Inclusion of one accepted and presented paper in the proceedings for submission to IEEE Xplore, conference kit, certificate, and access to all technical sessions across both days. Detailed inclusions will be published with the registration portal.

Payment Portal & Paper Status

A secure registration and payment gateway, along with an author dashboard for checking paper status, allotted session, and venue details, will be made available closer to the acceptance notification date (around November 2027). Until then, all submission and review activity is managed through Microsoft CMT, and registration fee collection will be communicated by email to corresponding authors of accepted papers.
