Registration & Fee Structure

Registration opens only after acceptance. Authors of accepted papers will be invited to register and pay through a secure registration portal expected to open in December 2026, alongside acceptance notifications. Fees below are indicative and subject to final confirmation by the Finance Committee. Early Bird − 10% Off pricing applies to registrations completed before the early bird deadline (to be announced with the portal).

Domestic Author Registration (India)

All amounts in Indian Rupees (INR). GST applicable extra at the prevailing government rate. Each accepted paper requires at least one paid registration for inclusion in the proceedings.

International Author Registration

For authors registering from outside India. Fees are payable in US Dollars (USD). Bank and transaction charges, if any, to be borne by the remitter.

Registration Rules:
  • One registration covers one paper only; each accepted paper requires at least one paid registration.
  • Additional paper discount (10%) is applied to the 2nd and subsequent papers by the same author or group, at the applicable rate (early bird or regular).
  • Early bird and student discounts do not stack — the lower of the two applicable rates governs.
  • Student category requires a valid enrolment certificate or student ID uploaded at the time of registration.
  • Early bird pricing is automatically disabled after the early bird deadline.
What the fee covers: Inclusion of one accepted paper in the proceedings (subject to Springer approval), conference kit, certificate, and access to all technical sessions across both days. Detailed inclusions will be published with the registration portal.

Payment Portal & Paper Status

A secure registration and payment gateway, along with an author dashboard for checking paper status, allotted session, and venue details, will be made available closer to the acceptance notification date (around January 2027). Until then, all submission and review activity is managed through Microsoft CMT, and registration fee collection will be communicated by email to corresponding authors of accepted papers.
